Hello Sun Terrace Neighbors! Here is the latest news in our neigborhood.
- City wide things of interest:
The City Council has selected a new City Manager , Mr Jay Boodheshwar.
Mr. Boodheshwar is currently serving as Deputy Town Manager in Palm Beach, Fl. where he joined their staff in 2006. He grew up in Ohio and received a degree from Bowling Green in Parks and Rec. Administration. He received a master's degree in Public Administration at Florida Atlantic. He is an active member of the International City Management Association and the Florida City and County Management Association.
He is married to his college sweetheart, Anne. They have two daughters. They currently live in West Palm Beach, Fl. He enjoys golf, fishing and biking as well as spending time with his family and friends. He should make the transition to Naples and be at his desk at Naples City Hall within a couple of months helping staff and Council do the City's business.
We in Sun Terrace welcome Mr. Boodheshwar.

-Sun Terrace news
1) Congratulations to Caroline and Jeff Galati on the newest addition to their family of four ( now 5) a son , Michael. WELCOME to Sun Terrace Michael.
2) Please notice the new Sun Terrace logo on the street signs throughout the Sun Terrace Neighborhood. And in the very near future we will be installing the larger "Welcome" signs at 8 locations as people enter the Neighborhood from Goodlette or US 41.
3) And in the not to distant future we will create a small neighborhood park or two for folks to enjoy the outdoors.
4) Further the City's New Pedestrian/Bike Master Plan calls for some enhancements of sidewalks on 22nd, 26th and possibly Creech Road. As well as proper bike lanes on 22nd and possibly 26th. Please let us know your thoughts on that and a possible connection to walk safely over to Freedom Park.
5) We are working on setting up some sort of neighborhood "get together" for sometime near Easter.
6) An Annual meeting sometime in May at a location to be determined. We will be getting back to you soon with particulars on that important matter.
